Great title, dude.
When I experience problems I am quick to complain. I use the "contact us" or "report problems" buttons and then fire away. Most times you get some kind of satisfaction, even if it's just a promise to look into it.
And sometimes you get free stuff. Blogger.com gave me a free second blog at crackpotwhiner.blogspot.com. I didn't even have to ask for it. The only thing that puzzles me somewhat is that I thought the blogs were free anyway. Oh well, you know what they say about gift horses' moufs. Don't peer into them.
